Refund Policy
No forms and no exit interviews. Here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work, limits included.
The 30-day guarantee
Every annual membership comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you join and it is not right for you, email Patrick@thefundraisingco.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No form to fill out, no reason required, no hard feelings.
Monthly memberships
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your access runs through the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the billing stops. We do not issue partial-month refunds; the month you started is yours to use.
How to cancel
Cancellation is self-serve through the billing portal in your account. No phone call, no chat window, no retention specialist. Cancelling stops all future charges; whatever you have paid for stays open until the period ends.
How refunds are returned
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Team plans
Team memberships carry the same 30-day guarantee, and it applies to the whole plan: all seats, one refund, returned to the payment method that purchased it.
The spirit of this policy
If an annual membership isn't making you a better fundraiser, the 30-day guarantee means we give the money back. The rules above are the mechanics of that.
